Planetary roller screw transmission system

Through the PLSA planetary roller screw transmission system, Bosch Rexroth has further expanded the application areas of its screw transmission system, which can quickly move high loads.

In the planetary roller screw transmission system, there are multiple planetary rollers arranged symmetrically around the circumference inside a nut. These planetary rollers rotate around the threaded screw shaft in a direction parallel to the shaft, producing linear motion.

The inherent number of contact surfaces in the structure is greater, resulting in high axial stiffness and load-bearing capacity, thereby achieving a longer service life. PLSA can achieve higher positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy even at the minimum stroke.
